He is named in the HMBL lawsuit. Now are any Federal or State agencies breathing down his neck also?
Time will tell. But my gut feeling that his shareholders may sue him for lack of fiduciary duty.
PS. The OTC WHIZZ does not know hw can't use a Safe Harbor Statement down here in trash land?
