I haven't a true clue but maybe you are correct or perhaps more or less that more shares were purchased. I think Chazzy might be able to comment about what he feels the reasoning but as you know these are super mirco stocks. I am shocked to see that recent 8-k as we should have filed bankruptcy long ago.You know....regardless how we cut all of this Alan has been at the helm 1 solid year and during that time has not presented shareholders with anything constructive as to business moving forward or direction so I see an internal financial struggle that Colleen refuses to cross a line that Alan needs so after a year of no business direction HDC has absolutely nothing to show so the only out (as I see it) and it is not to be seen as a scam is to stall for more time and our only progress if any is to talk some business into paying us royalties from what we think they are stealing (they the party will just say sue us) and at that time HDC will probably finally officially file bankruptcy, that is if we can. It seems to me and clear that in over a year our CEO has not produced a business direction and believe legally they could have and that is abuse to us shareholders.
HDC needs money to file all their back filings to trade again and it is without question that Colleen will not do so (common sense) or borrow money to cover all that without having a lump sum and royalties coming into HDC. If a lump sum is agreed upon it will be interesting to see after trading stock again (if that happens) How long will she allow the company to remain open. In other words what does she have to do to sell/dump her Dad's holding and close HDC as there is nothing within the company to move forward.
I will say if the authorized stock shares are ballooned upwards again than possible the share game might be at hand involving selling cheap shares but honestly I don't see Colleen as scamming us but I'm cautious thinking how she could.
