You are obviously on Watch for a poster that knows something. Question is why watch for something if it's not a possibility. Collusion and corruption makes it more difficult to decipher the facts . Does not matter what is said . It only matters exactly what  transpired . Posters can't change the process. The posters could sway a shareholder to take the $3000 tax loss . Your obvious rebuttal it doesn't change how many shares they still control. It's quite obvious that control is a big factor .
