If PSRU is on track for "2M+" in profits why hasn't there been a share buyback as has been claimed will happen for over a year already?

The last time the WANNABE stated there are no plans for a reverse split was in June 2024 (according to you) and the O/S was at 8 billion shares then. Now the O/S is well over 16 billion shares. Why cant the WANNABE confirm there will be no reverse split again? LMFAO, I dare him to!!!!!!!
