mazasif....I did ask Hata specifically that question about the tc/nc not being accomplished as stated in the 10/24 pr and that it was very much past due , he stated that there was a lot of documents to be prepared and then to be signed by all the officers of the two companies and that they were aware of the expediency to get it done. With his answer it seemed to me it was not accomplished yet or it has not been started , also he did not mention applying to FINRA which is part of the process for a tc/nc and he did not answer my question about an audit past or present , honestly I dont understand the delays ...the faster you accomplish the nc/tc ,apply to FINRA , Reg A and finish an audit , you will be able to uplist which is what you strive for with a growing and productive company ......COULD BE WRONG...but my gut tells me something else ....14 months and counting is odd
