We need to initiate a suit asking were we nationalized and a taking or were we not if something like his truly transpires. Period. There's no way any court could say that the taking of everything from shareholders for 17 years, including their voting rights, was not a full fledged nationalization and a taking. That in turn means they need to give a fair value for that taking. If the government keeps with this "heads I win, Tails you lose" philosophy who in the heck will invest in any new shares? What compnay out there will not change their bylaws with a bunch of poison pills to prevent any government takeover and nationalization, thereby making investing way more dangerous, lobsided and more terrible than it is because of fear of government takeovers with zero recompense. SCOTUS said to take this the nationalization and takings route, so that is what we should do the first smell of unfairness THAT IS VERIFIED. Right now, this X post means what? Who is this person? Does he have Trumps ear? Pulte's? Bessents? Lutnik? Or is this X poster highly leveraged in JPS?
