Since you are the only that are still getting responses from Hata.
Ask him i logical thing if you haven’t yet. That this the name and ticker change was to be the first action item (milestone) right after merger completion which took place back on 10/24/24 (see PR). How is it that 11 months (coming to be 365 days) have gone by the signatures between two parties (BNCM and DELEX) with hardly few executives to sign hasn't taken place. How unprofessional can this companies be...unless the merger completion news was just words / statements but no reality to it.
Creating a website is the easiest and cheapest task (one person show) and for one to do from Philippines will surely be much cheaper due to exchange rates.
Even with that they haven't updated the past dates for the name change, reg A. uplisting....and so.
Literally lazy bumps 😴 or scams 😆
