That is amazing, Ward has been saying emphatically time after time that the state of Tamaulipas had no authority and this confirms he was right.

Meanwhile we still have no project in the works. How Mexico could not move forward yet is a mystery to me, they are so incompetent its alarming.

We wait, we're real good at that.
