I hate to be the one to say it, but I think RKT will drop more than 5% after consummation. There will be chaos the day that this happens and people will be running for the exits. Short term COOP investors that made a mint will be looking for a new ride. Some long term COOP investors will say adios. Savvy deep pockets are already invested in one or the other but will look for a value point to add to their holdings.

I do believe that eventually RKT will rebound and exceed current values but have no idea how long that will take.

Just my thoughts... not even sure that it rises to an opinion. ;)
