LOL...you're funny. As I said before, everyone already knew that WATT was going to issue more shares. That was a no-brainer! (Go back and read my response to your original post)

What wasn't known was the price of the new shares to be issued.

Determining the issuing price is MUCH MORE IMPORTANT because it determines the future value of the existing shares in the float. Hmm...I wonder who nailed that scenario? 😉
