The value of 1 COOP share will be 11 times the price of 1 RKT share. (Then, the $2 bonus.)
And, no, the price of COOP doesn't matter. (But it will likely be pretty close to that amount.)
This agreement is why the increased price of COOP between the date of the announcement and the finalization date doesn't matter to RKT in the end. As the companies announced, this is an all-shares acquisition, so RKT is giving 11 of their shares for each COOP share, regardless of the price. It doesn't cost RKT any cash, but we get the increased amount in value.
