Stokd $NLST Ok, why not another word/thought, lol.....what happens when SK waits and the patent/s or court verdict is valid / affirmed?

Then Netlist is in the power position and can name their price, SK with no leverage pays significantly more in royalties for years.

On the other hand, SK has more leverage now with the "unknowns" regarding CAFC decisions, and use that to their advantage by getting a better rate/price.

Pay less now with uncertainty or much more after decisions when everything is known/resolved. And btw, that is if SK knows the results on all challenged patents before the current deal expires and they have to negotiate...which I doubt plays out that way with the CAFC.

I know it seems basic and simple from our vantage point and with the information we have/know, but let's acknowledge that there are more factors in play with regard to this than we can imagine. Relax and enjoy the show, it's a long and interesting one!
