Stokd $NLST People need to stop listening to fudsters and taking what they say as anything other than what they can concoct to push their false narratives.

Saying that SK Hynix will not renegotiate the deal till after we get CAFC rulings on the patents...well let's take a look at history.

Wonder why SK reached the initial deal right after the PTAB instituted their petitions for IPRs on the 595/218/523 patents.

You would think at that point with the "find every patent invalid" PTAB having instituted and about to start the IPRs, that SK would feel confident and in the position of power, that the last thing they would do is settle at that point...which is what they did.

They didn't wait to see how the IPRs pan out, and considering it likely the PTAB would have invalidated, what made SK settle and abandon the IPRs prior to even finding out if the patent are "valid".
