Stockman - I assume you are just trolling? If Treasury exercises warrants, then sale of shares goes to government. That's exactly what I said if you read the post.

If the GSEs were to issue additional shares, that's just dilution from within the company. Those proceeds go to the companies.

This isn't very complicated to understand.
