I am thinking when a filing says "Application for a reverse stock split pending," it means the company has formally applied for a reverse stock split and is waiting for approval...as for the application pending to be submitted if needed...it already has been submitted...that is why it is pending...the question is once approved will they use the split and when.

And applied to do RS

AFFU has not applied to do a reverse split.

That is fear mongering. They have an application pending. It hasn't been submitted.
