The reason for the low proportion of 3–6% of their shares is that the price at this stage is lower than at the next IPO.
I'm not sure whether it will already be $50-70 at the first IPO in November.
But it's good that the path will then be clear with regard to warrants and SPS.
The IPO that comes after that will then be the cash cow of the Trump administration, and I'm hoping for $100+.
