This is a stinky pink stock that has been a perpetual scam. Real companies don't merge into them to do legitimate business and hand over equity ownership to people who already own stock for nothing. They owned those shares of VWAV outright, and there was no "strategic" reason to hand them over to this JV for a pittance of JV ownership. At the current PPS, that was $30M of stock, the other companies tossed in patents and projects that they can't/won't tell you about (because they don't want to).
