So let me ask the pro's here. In order for the treasury to sell 5% or so at $30 dollars and up they cannot do it without the following:
1. Government has to release F2 from Conservatorship
2. Up-listing in NYSE
I believe Releasing should come 1st then Up listing in NYSE.
