The Key is if they can beat the revenue numbers that they expect to have in Quarter 3 2025 already projected by OPEN and listed below just the other day from their news release. Though the 3rd quarter revenue expectations are much lower than the 2nd quarter revenue was... it will be expected , but if they can beat those numbers that could be a bit of a catalyst going forward.

3Q25 Contribution Profit1 guidance of $22 million to $29 million
3Q25 Adjusted EBITDA1 guidance of $(28) million to $(21) million

Short term , if they name a CEO everyone likes who has a great game plan going forward that he can communicate positively to the public and successfully lay out his vision for Opendoor that could be a positive going forward even into the slower part of the year revenue wise and into next spring.
