If I'm not mistaken, the company is required to report the specifics of the buyback BEFORE it occurs, including dates, quantities and price. That's my understanding, anyway. Unless I'm wrong, there are also limits on how much they can buy back on a yearly basis; 10%-25%, depending on whether or not they seek a shareholder approval. It would be nice if they were the ones buying back from the MM's right now but I don't think they are. Thoughts? Whether they do a buy back or not, this is worth many multiples of current pps, based on P/E alone - I've never seen such an undervalued stock. All just my opinion. SS
