He has an incessant need to tell people his life and his preferred positions which now now to be sub-par in all aspects.... 
I think we need to watch the day fmcc/fnma surpass preferred in value and make that announcement as its fast approaching. I really hope any conversion happens after commons reach post $50-70pps and their shares get halved....
