Control of Exousia currently being litigated in Florida In July 2025, a lawsuit was filed in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida against Exousia Pro, Inc. and Michael Sheikh regarding default under a Pledge Agreement for 100 Series A Preferred Shares. These shares represent corporate control of the company.

Exousia’s August 14, 2025 Regulation A filing disclosed its own lawsuit against Donald Steinberg but did not disclose this separate control dispute, even though it directly concerns voting control of the issuer. Corporate control of Exousia Pro, Inc. is the subject of ongoing litigation.
