Fernane is apparently out of inpatient treatment now. He has submitted a new address to the courts as he was evicted from the luxury Highrise condo he was renting on the beach when he was arrested. Looks like he's rooming with a guy in Miami that is from Venezuela and is in the "export" business. Nothing shady there... His next court date is a trial hearing set for 10/06/2025. Fernane is still considered "in custody" as he is wearing an ankle monitor.
