Thank you for your feeback, VP. I will try to do better. Feed back is important I know, I used to get a lot of it when I worked in the mailroom. Sometimes I would deliver someone's mail to someone else and things like that. But I always tried hard to do better the next time - i think that's what management liked about me. Anyway, I'll check the names twice in my future posts. God bless.
