Regardless of history was a statement regarding this:

"The big Scam that occurred with Mark Miller was a scheme to use Notes to create a massive amount of shares and then make a profit dumping them into the market.

Now SAE when Black took over had a HUGE number of notes with Capitol Capital (The scamming vehicle) and those were transferred to Via (assumed to be the new vehicle post lawsuit)."

This is new management, new goals, and potentially strong business deals in the works. Yea, Black is cited in the lawsuits but again, legally that doesn't matter because it was determined to be a relief defendant. Until proven otherwise this is not a scam currently but does have a toxic history. Glad to educate you.
