RITE is indeed showing strength.  
The penny stock exemption showing now means the SEC/OTC accepted the audited balance sheet under the net tangible assets test. 
No one is disputing the $432M in Arizona tailings as real assets. That’s why exemption can appear before the SEC formally closes the Form 10 with “no comment.”
Basically, the math checks out, the assets are real. The next step is the SEC’s “no comment,” which clears the entire disclosure package, not just the numbers.
