If he isn't he is much closer to being a dictator. No doubt Trump acts and thinks like one. He has said,
'I am president, so i can do whatever i want.' And he is doing things he knows are illegal to see
if he can get away with them. He is acting like a dictator. In his mind he is above the law.

The 2026 midterms will tell us how successful he has been in getting more gerrymandered seats et al to fix American elections.
