Here is an email I sent to BNCM about 7 days ago, still waiting to hear a response.

Hello Angela,

Thank you for getting back to me.

However, I am still very concerned in regards to the timeline for the corporate name and ticker symbol change.

Initially, we were told that corporate rebranding would be done within 3-6 months from the date of the BNCM and DELEX merger announcement. It used to be all noted in your old BNCM.net website. Then the site became inactive beginning of this year.

Then we came to know through your new official website (BNCM.US) under the Post-Merger plans, which currently states as follows;
"A formal application to rename BNCM to DELEX and update the ticker symbol will be applied from Q1 2025"

Then we came to know a new timing from just a month-old PR (July 19th, 2025), stating the following;

"Bounce Mobile Systems, Inc. (OTC: BNCM) and Delex Healthcare Group today announced plans to change the parent company’s corporate name and ticker symbol.
The proposed name and ticker symbol change will be filed with regulatory authorities by the end of August 2025."

And now you have stated the following in your reply email;

As stated several times in our Press Releases, the name change and ticker symbol will start after Q2.
Please share with me those PRs that have stated several times that this task of corporate name and ticker symbol change will take place after Q2???

Moreover, your company did the same with the financial audit timeline.
Initially, there was a date to have it completed by Q4, 2024.
Then, it was completely removed from the BNCM.net
Then, we heard it will be done by Q2, 2025.
Then, I believe there was a date posted on your BNCM.US website, which was also later taken off.

Now it seems like audited financials are not on the agenda anymore? But somehow you guys keep talking about uplisting to OTCQB/Nasdaq?? Not sure how...hmmm!

And now what about these other deliverables that are also posted on your website? Will you be able to accomplish them in the time your company has specified below, or will they be getting delayed to a later time, just like the other tasks???

Regulation A Filing and SEC Approval
To support its future growth, DELEX Pharma plans to file for Regulation A with the SEC after Q2 for new investment and funding. This filing is a crucial step in DELEX’s journey toward achieving its long-term business objectives.

Uplist to OTCQB and NASDAQ
DELEX plans to take its corporate visibility to the next level by applying for an uplist to the OTCQB in 2025, with the ultimate goal of listing on the NASDAQ.

Who should be trusting now??? You guys remind me of SFIO ticker symbol (affiliated to BNCM) that also have same BNCM CEO - Paul Hatadi and securities counsel Vic Devlaeminck PC.
Having them here is not giving us good vibes on this merger deal with DELEX.
Nothing ever got delivered in the case of SFIO ...just fluff news and fake promises is what I saw there for the last few years at least.

Let me tell you one thing: most of the investor forums where BNCM is a topic of discussion have zero trust in your management or company unless you can prove them wrong.

I really hope DELEX leadership takes over full control if they are sincere, honest, and mean good for the newly merged company and its shareholders/Investors.

I will be waiting to hear your response, whether you are Angela (Admin Office) or Paul Hatadi (CEO / Investor Relations).

I'm looking for clarification on this matter so I can share it with some disgruntled BNCM shareholders who have already lost hope of any good outcome from this merger.
