Here is the skinny on that
No quarterly filing obligation for Pink Limited tier.
Year-end annual filing is required within 120 days of fiscal year-end.
Companies must maintain profile verification and disclose material events timely.
This means if Affluence Corporation is currently Pink Limited, they are not required to file quarterly reports on OTC Markets but must submit annual financial reports and comply with company profile verification and disclosure of material information.
Now all that said 1jas it's in their best interest to get it all compiled and presented as soon as humanly possible. By the same token they don't want to go too fast and make a muck of it. That would be far worse than a late filing . So I'm sure they're doing it with a bias towards accuracy rather than speed.
That's in the company's best interests for reasons previously mentioned. OTC markets just regulates they're not trying to make money, they're just trying to make sure that these companies are transparent and timely . As I'm sure you can understand this simply isn't worth doing if they're going to rush things and make mistakes. Inaccurate data would be far worse than a late filing.
This isn't a regulatory punishment and it isn't a slant against the company. It's just how it is with a foreign country, things are significantly more complicated and OTC markets have seen this all before. It's nothing new to them either.
