Yes, it has a low MC and if you put aside the failures of this worthless CEO both in the past as well as in the present thus far, the sp could rise if enough people buy the stock only caring about making money and then having the stock drop when profit taking takes place.
Then again, maybe you buy it and not enough people follow suit and it doesn't go up.
