Dr Kumar is a world reknown expert in sericulture...but he is also head of kblb's sericulture production....Vietnam has been involved in sericulture for a thousand years...they are a large producer of silk in the world with about 2000 tons produced annually...they have spent YEARS dealing with kblb...they have collaborated with kblb, inspected and raised their silkworms...as a result, they have licensed kblb to produce product in their richest sericulture region and have themselves signed agreements to assist kblb in that production...
whether or not kblb succeeds is still an unknown...but i think, CLEARLY, it is not a scam...
