That's a confusing post.

At first it looks like you're chastising the FDA for not allowing Vivos to conduct clinical trials in the US. Then you're exhibiting ignorance by implying that Vivos is conducting trials outside of the US to save money, not because they CAN'T conduct trials in the US.

Then you reveal that you're a partisan nutjob. News flash: there are people currently working at the FDA who worked under Democratic administrations and Republican administrations. A new Administration doesn't gut the entire FDA. One of the FDA examiners who disapproved the IDE might have worked under the Jimmy Carter administration.

Then you're exhibiting more ignorance by asking the FDA to get involved with tariffs.

Then you got a form letter from the FDA acknowledging your submission, and it seems to have excited you.

Confusing.
