The typical answer from OTC land. However, no one shorts OTC penny stocks.
More likely scenario is that people who bought < $0.01 are selling to lock in profits.
Maybe some people here are dumping while at the same time pumping this on stock twits. That's obvious.
Or insiders are selling because they they got shares of cheap stock in lieu of a salary.
Or toxic lenders such as 1800 Diagonal are selling their cheap shares to get their capital back.
Or people have done their DD and realize that the stock is overpriced with their 2 billion plus shares O/S.
They need to close the deals and obtain real financing before this moves any higher. JMO.
My thoughts about Charlie and his cronies are known. I think this was a pump and dump for obvious reasons.
They couldn't get financing for their initial HPC bitcoin mining scheme during the height of bitcoin.
Now they are trying the same with data centers and I think the outcome will be the same.
Just my opinion.

Will this be pumped again. You can count on it.
