I would like to see SMX and YBYRA merge, with YBYRA’s assets boosting SMX’s stock price big time. Using HUMBL as the pre-sale platform for SMX/YBYRA merger would make it even better. Picture it: merge the two, use HUMBL shares for early entry, then convert HMBL shares into SMX shares post-merger for a massive win. (See recent SMX proxy approval for 470T tokenized shares in May 2025 filing).
Note: The "Pre-Sale" Concept: I think this would be considered a triangulated merger but also something unprecedented in American Markets. HMBL can serve as an entry vehicle. Investors buy HMBL shares cheaply now (trading ~$0.0001-0.0002), anticipating conversion or exchange into higher-value SMX shares post-merger. This mirrors Reg A+ offerings or pre-IPO placements, where early shares get "upgraded" via share swaps.
