Hi Janice. I've never had a problem with the prev/next buttons, but I'm ad free and stay off the stock boards. (Shame on me.)
Occasionally, there's a box that runs vertically on the right side of my screen (no idea where it comes from).
If I refresh, it goes away so I don't pay attention to it.
If that's a standard sight (feature?) on the majority of the boards, I can imagine it skewing the prev and next buttons.
That's my best guess.
