That was my point. Inventory is a specific kind of asset that refers to a product in all stages of production - raw materials, WIP, finished goods. Brazil got their feathers ruffled when the fertilizer was sold as inventory as opposed to selling an asset like a building because Ybyra didn't have an agricultural license. I assume that Brazil is holding up the release of the fertilizer being held in Brazil until they work out the violation of originally selling inventory without a license.
My only guess is possibly the fertilizer is not available for sale and therefore not inventory.
