It looks like the homebuilding sector could be recovering. Berkshire now has DHI, LEN, NVR, and LPX is also a Berkshire holding. In addition to those, I have a few HVAC related stocks - CARR, LII, TT and also some CVCO. Berkshire took a position in the billboard REIT (Lamar Advertising), which has been in my watchlist for years, so I took a small position. Many of Berkshire's recent picks are likely from the new guys (Weschler, Combs), but some of their picks from last year seemed questionable, so the jury is still out on Weschler / Combs.
