That's a no-brainer. Everyone knows that they're going to be issuing more shares because of the 30-1 reverse-split.

The question is at what price will the new shares be sold?

Since the CEO bought 6,400 shares at $7.68 on the open market, I assume that the new shares will be issued at around $8/share.

But that doesn't change the fact that the CEO has invested $50,000 of her own money. She now has skin in the game like the rest of us.
