Well, there are three ways to play it. One, U buy it now near the 52-week high, hoping it will be much higher in 2-3 years; or, U keep your powder dry, waiting for a pullback, as Cramer often suggests we do; or U buy some now and average down if it goes lower.
I have made money buying stocks near their 52-week highs, but, in this inflated market, my preference is to wait for pullbacks, but that is a personal decision.
I have sold next week's $25 puts. If it isn't put to me, I'll well puts for the following week.
I have a friend who takes the proceeds from puts and buys shares of the stock. If it is done in an IRA, doing this builds a position with free shares. Kind of cool!
