What did I get wrong? MK decides now to report on a different patient with a much better outcome. His only prior report was regarding a patient where the treatment failed to kill tumor. Not my fault the guy is a gross incompetent when it comes to cherry picking single examples to report.
All we know is the FDA, the only body to have reviewed all data to date, wasn't swayed by the India results. Me thinks it's because it's a different aged product than RDGL is petitioning to trial in the USA. Even if strength controlled for Y90 content at time of application (which is doubtful), the Y90/Zr90 ratios will vary all over the place, and likely that is a variable the FDA won't tolerate. FDA's job is to look for reasons to say no. MK needs to stop giving them reasons to say no.
