I think what has some people spouting things like you mentioned, is because they are frustrated by the PPS being at .0004 along with the next note coming due next week, which we can only assume will be covered by more shares...sold lower than the previous shares were sold at.

(and may be converted to common shares at or 50% of the lowest traded price during the thirty days prior to conversion)

So maybe the exact words that they are using are not accurate, I think it's not wrong to say that, a lot of people use general "slams" about Pink/ID stocks, simply to express their frustrations.
I for one never thought the share price would be such that the company would be selling shares at .0002, but that is what has happened and could foreseeable get worse than that.

I guess until you get the stock out of the gutter, you'll just need to get used to it.
