Sooo I think that PRKR can now appeal the bad markman ruling on the receiver claims BUT I do not believe the trial on the transmitter claims is on hold as PRKR wanted. This might actually be better for shareholders. The appeal on the receiver claims will take at least 2 YEARS and that is if it is expediated. I think this judge will find a way to agree with QCOM to minimize the transmitter claims. I believe even if PRKR somehow wins and a jury awards them millions that the judge will just reduce the award to almost nothing or just throw out the verdict like the judge in PRKR v QCOM1 did. Then its back on line for another 2-4 years to appeal. I think winning for PRKR will not happen. In my opinion.
