This is the second time they have sold off quickly -- are we to assume they needed the cash and the company raised it off our back on these PRs?
Not happy about the action, but they seem legit and the news is so good the stock could do very well if the company doesn't need to do this going forward.
Short interest is low from what I see so shouldn't be due to that unless this is getting shorted in order to cover and buy more in anticipation of a big move. .
