No you’re interpreting it wrong. This is the serial litigant who drew up this filing. He filled out the complaint. He filled in the blanks…. He inserted names and terms to the ‘best’ of his ability (disability) of what he knew or guessed it to be. Maybe our spilled coffee lady litigant put him up to it, in an attempt to slow our roll.

This isn’t the WMILT filing this. And of course Judge Walrath is gonna shut absurd nuisance filings down.

I could do the same thing tomorrow and write in Mickey Mouse for the WMILT representation, and ask the court to reinstate the chapter 11 case. I’d get laughed out of court, as will this guy. How do you sue a company like WMILT that hasn’t legally existed for a few years? You can’t, any more than I could sue a certain out of business surfboard shaper in La Jolla who stiffed me on a custom years ago.

Clearly this serial litigant plaintiff is a whack job hoping for a silencing bribe. He’s made a living from it
