The company issued another large batch of stock options yesterday. I understand that this is how businesses operate, however I'm frustrated that the number granted has not shrunk to reflect the reverse split. For example, Jim Sims got 250,000 yesterday. That is 2.5 million in pre-split terms, no one ever got anywhere near that number before the split. The annual options since the merger have like this, or worse, as well.
If this mine happens it sure looks the the epic disaster that the SPAC merger was will have been great for the bottom line of Insiders.
