I was saving this topic for another day, but after your post, this is the perfect time to bring it up!
One of the themes with scam OTCs is they try slimy ways to attain credibility. The choice of the Vivos name is just another red flag.
In case anyone doesn't know, a Vivos Therapeutics exists, with obviously a very similar name to this company. It was originally Vivos Biopharma, in 2016, before revising its name to Vivos Therapeutics in 2018.
Meanwhile, out of all the names this company could choose, in 2017, it chose Vivos Corp, when Vivos Biopharma already existed. BEFORE the time of this RDGL rename, the name “Vivos” was already 1) in commercial use, 2) The Vivos name had ALREADY been given trademark protection, 3) Vivos was already associated with a medical device company. 4) Vivos.com had already been established by Vivos Therapeutics.
Isn't that "strange", choosing a name for your company that for many people will appear to be the same as another company? If anyone thinks this is a coincidence or wasn't the plan, I have a bridge to sell you. While Vivos Therapeutics isn't Pfizer, it's at least on NASDAQ, and has 14 million a year in revenue. In other words light years beyond this POS!
And yet, RDGL proceeded despite Vivos already being trademarked, failing to clarify its brand identity. That’s not just sloppy—it’s strategic ambiguity. It allowed them to benefit from the biotech aura of the “Vivos” name without the legal or reputational burden of building it themselves.
By late 2017, Vivos Biotechnologies had already been operating for over a year, with a name that sounded innovative and biotech-focused.
Vivos Corp didn’t choose a name like “Vivos Isotopes” or “Vivos Radiologics”—they went with the broad, standalone “Vivos Inc.” That’s a choice that invites association, not separation.
Even today, trying to do simple searches to learn the pathetic history of this company, many times an impressive piece of information shows up.... only to find that the information is for Vivos Therapeutics, not RDGL!
There are dozens of in your face signs to know this is a scam (all ignored by the faithful who will pay the price in losses when they eventually figure it out), and this is just another one!
