Hi Meshcan et all, I have to say my dad and I are very excited about what the near future holds for us and everyone else that has found this little gem. Keep in mind I am not from the business side, but from what I am seeing is that Nasrat is keeping everything they are doing quiet and not trying to call too much attention to things. My view is that they had the MA firm last January/February 2024 based on the correspondence that the SEC requested and their law firm Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP responded to the inquiry especially Scott R Jones, whose specialty happens to be with mergers and acquisitions. I feel that Nasrat and team have been working with them all of last year to get things in order for the merger/sale and that is who is trying to sell the company for Nasrat and team. The wildcard as he stated was the Lisdex approval, this put us in another price range in my mind for the buyout price. I am also of the belief that they have already identified a purchaser, who has just been waiting in the wings until certain milestones are reached. Once again this is all just my opinion, but starting post Lisdex approval, Narat has been radio silence on some pretty big advancements this year, officially hiring the M/A firm, hiring the Indian company for development, shipping the Add IR to Israel, among other things that we do not even know about yet. I think the next 4-6 Months could get very interesting and very exciting to say the least. I am not counting my chickens before they are hatched but this has to be the best I have ever felt about this investment or any investment for that matter. Nasrat sounded happy on the last call. I still believe the price target is $2.50-4 range on just what we know currently and have accomplished with earnings recently. I also feel that the next Q2 earnings are going to surprise to the upside again. To say the least it has been an honor and privilege sharing thoughts with everyone and hopefully experiencing a once in a lifetime financial opportunity with everyone involved on this board as well as with the Elite team. I know my 6YO son may just be set for life from this little venture lol. Cheers to all and I look forward to seeing how this plays out moving forward.
