I believe it was posted a few days ago and was a COURT FILING.

NOW SO WHAT ! THE wmilt HAD A JOB TO DO AS A PASS THROUGH ENTITY AND Imho DID IT'S JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!

Moved assets to a 1031 Exchange and then to a DST. It never had any assets that were it's and was VACATED so yes I can see why it is filing NOW.
