Have they received and cash from the DOE? The answer is NO. Sorry, but if you hear only what you wish to be true like I did believing Andy and not reading between the lines you will lose what you invest. The only thing you can trust are the financials and small print. Andy is great at touting the positive but never gives you the details and transparency is nonexistent. How many project and deals that were started only to be never mentioned again. It makes you wonder at times if many of these deals were nothing more than vapor to sell shares.
