My dermatologist was useless too. Actually subjected me to a biopsy where they took a chunk of skin out of me and didn't even find what the condition was, only to say that it was "negative" and prescribe me some pills and cortisone. That was my WTF moment with him.

I was basically hung out to dry until I figured it out on my own.
